Fortunately, many of the injuries can be repaired before they cause destruction of the tyre. On mines where preventative maintenance programs have been implemented, considerable tyre savings have been achieved. The experience of our repairers is critical in adapting to changing conditions and tyre applications. They work strictly in accordance with Rema-Tip-Top specifications and are inspected and tested annually by Senior technical staff from Rema-Tip-Top International. All critical facets of the repair process such as injury preparation, rubber filling, curing and patching are executed using Rema-Tip-Top equipment and materials. These materials have been proven on open pit mines around the world and enable us to guarantee our work with confidence.Repair WarrantySince all of our repairs are carried out within the permissible limits given by Rema-Tip-Top, we offer a 1500 hour warranty on each repair. The hours are monitored through our own surveys and through the mine's information management system.
