OMR formsOptical Mark Recognition (OMR) forms are scannable forms. With the help of an OMR/ Imaging scanner it is possible to extract raw data from these forms (exported through Excel and CSV- files). Scannable forms are commonly used for exams, questionnaire’s, inspections, M&E’s, registrations and enrolments.OMR softwareOMR software can have different functionalities. First of all, any type of OMR utility software should be able to extract raw data from scannable forms and store it into a database. This raw data must consequently be converted into usable data for further processing. With the OMR utility software it is possible to export the raw data through an excel or CSV-file into another existing software application - e.g. in-house software or SPSS – or a customized OMR software program – e.g. question bank exam or survey software applications.On request of clients, we can develop customized OMR software applications for the client to be able to capture the required data, convert it into usable information and use it for other purposes such as data analysis, student performance assessment, records management or strategic decision-making processes.
